The Best of Serious and Unserious in One Album

Merol's music came into my life rather unexpectedly, but Naar De Haaien & Weer Terug defined her as one of the artists who will stay in my playlist for both long and good time. This is my go-to album when I need to switch off and have a bit of good time. It is fun, it is very easy to listen on repeat, and it can absolutely be both an engaging party-starter and a non-invasive background for some concentration work.

I absolutely love the packaging and the contents of this release. The envelopes for the vinyls are fantastic and actually high-quality. The posters, which also are the cover arts for the singles from the album, are very fun, and I am going to hang one in my room soon. I particularly enjoyed the album with the song lyrics: I love them on their own, but it makes me super happy to be able to hold them in my hands.

I am really just having the best of time with this album. 5 stars.
