Acda en De Munnik is a Dutch musical duo, consisting of Thomas Acda and Paul de Munnik, who broke through in 1997 with their debut album "Acda en De Munnik". Their music is characterized by melancholic lyrics, humor and harmonious singing, with well-known hits such as "Niet of nooit geweest", "Het regent zonnestralen" and "Ren Lenny Ren". They acquired a large fan base through their unique combination of cabaret and pop music. Their performances, filled with funny stories and moving songs, sold out halls throughout the Netherlands. After years of success, they decided to split up in 2015, but their music remains beloved and influential. In 2023, they came together again for a number of special concerts, to the delight of their loyal fans.
