DeWolff heeft nooit heel geheimzinnig gedaan over waar ze de mosterd halen, maar op Fuego zetten ze het écht even goed uiteen. De band vertolkt een aantal van de (veelal niet bijzonder bekende) bluestracks waaraan ze schatplichtig zijn, e.g. Mott the Hoople's 'Roll Away the Stone' en 'I Walk on Guided Splinters', bekend van Dr. John. Wat wel onmiddellijk een belletje zal rinkelen is de gastmuzikant op Little Feat-cover 'The Fan': niemand minder dan Joe Bonamassa.
